In my opinion, a restaurant called "Out of China" serves good food. The so called dim sum is excellent...
It's located in Muntaner, 100 (between València and Mallorca) and the owner, called Chempy, speaks perfect catalan. She is very nice!
My favourite dish, besides dim sum, is noodles with cheese and shrimp. Try it! You'll love it!
It is not expensive and there's a relaxed and nice atmosphere...

I agree with you. I like "Out of China" because it's not a Chinese restaurant like others (I say that the others make glutamato cuisine). First time I was there it was like a last opportunity to have dinner (the other restaurants at the area were full). But it was surprisingly good and I have come back several times.
